Cut Down On Coffee It Affects The Insulin Balance That Hinders The Burning Process. Try To Limit 1-Cup At Meal Time 5. Dont Eat Between Meals. If You Eat The Combination Of Foods Suggested You Will Not Be Hungry. 6. The Diet Completely Eliminates Sugars And Starches Which Are Lipids And Form Fat. I wan't to think everyone for there wonderful e-mails. Here are some commonly ask questions: 1)4oz of grapefruit juice equals 1/2 grapefruit juice. 2)Turkey bacon can replace pork bacon. 3)You are suppose to stay on the diet for 12 days and then go off for 2 days. 4)NO beans or any sugar or starches are alowed until it is time for your two days off. 5)The Milk or Tomato juice is optional. I hope this helps everyone who have been thinking about these questions. If there are any other questions you would like to see posted please e-mail them to me. The reason why this diet works is because it cuts out all sugar and starches from your diet. Even though the diet doesn't mention it please drink lots of water. Even though it is not mandatory please try to work in some type of exercise. If you can't work in the exercise don't worry you will lose weight any way.
